I like the strong colours and the composition of this potrait. The buns in the background shows his trade, and the cigar shows the "I'm on take five mood"!

Todd , another super picture here, you have seized the guy's expression really well on your lens , this is something i wish i could capture too yes get people on mine more regularly but it needs a special approach which i have not i think ,,, but obviously you have that since he is looking straight at you , wonder how you do this ?
