The View of Old Havana...

Havana is the largest city in Cuba and the country's capital...
Cuba is a country in the Caribbean Sea. The country is made up of one big island and many smaller islands. Very nice tourist destination...

The recorded history of Cuba began on October 12, 1492, when Christopher Columbus sighted the island during his first voyage of discovery and claimed it for Spain. Columbus named the island Isla Juana in reference to Prince Juan, the heir apparent.

Thanks to have a look, George

Hello Goerge. Good job to get both these buildings for comparision in the photo. as usual it is sharp, well composed with excellent lighting. For me getting the proper lighting in these situations has always been difficult and I admire your skill in these situations. Cheers and TFS.

Hi George,

Good comparison of two culures and two times

Good Morning George,

Your technical skill of sharply focussed images, fine details, good composition and use of the light and shadows is well evidenced here.
Sadly, however, my friend, I do not find the subject as interesting as the other places you have shown. I must be a romantic!

Have a good day,
Bev :-)

Hi george

Interesting architectural contrasts, with superb colour, sharpness & lighting contrasts. The person with their washing out to dry makes a good focal point. Tfs!

Ciao George

A beautiful visual of this architecture.
You know, that in certain neighborhoods
Rio de Janeiro the buildings are all well
glued to each other, so it is a heat
Hell, is not much ventilation in the area.
I think more beautiful, has a variety of details
windows and the like.
Greetings,

Sergio
