Same serial - Cuba Post Card... Transportation in Cuba...

The Central Highway is the most important communication axis, it joins Havana center to the main urban centers and it is connected with other main ways such as the National Freeway, the Monumental Highway, Via Blanca, and La Farola. The highway is a narrow way with two lanes and it was built in the 30s. The National Highway, more modern than the central highway, connects Havana City all along to Ciego de Avila, located in the center of the country and near the eastern part of the country. It is most rapid, modern and wide way, provided with several lanes. However, it doesn't get to the eastern provinces of the country. It extends all through the south center of the island. It is a wide way, with 6 and 8 lanes built in the 70s.

The most important and comfortable for a tourist are taxis that operate long and fixed routes, only embarking when complete with passengers. These taxis are much more comfortable than the public buses, drivers wait in the surroundings of the bus stations. The passenger ferries which run back and forth crossing the Havana Harbour to Regla and Casablanca, have replaced the paddle steamers that were introduced at the beginning of the twentieth century.

Za turiste veoma organizovani moderni autobusi, ali skupi izleti, Zapadne cene... Dok je vrlo lepo i originalno razvijen Taxi transport, te sam to bas i prikazao. Biraj sta hoces, prakticno i jeftino, gde hoces stanes, slikas i teraj dalje...

vidim, nastavljas s odlicnim kolazima s kube, steta da se ne vide sve fotke u punom sjaju, vidim da ih ima jako puno dobrih.

This is nice work, a professional look!
And your collection is typical Cuba, personally I find the taxi upper left to be my favourite for a sightseeing...
All are fine colourful images with sharp fine details!

Now this looks nice to see those different types of taxi's.
George I did hear that if you will make Cubans happy you have to find them a mountain of spare part for those 50's cars.

Another of your super compositions. It is so nice to get these great images of Cuba all in one place. I really like the image in lower right, it has a great POV. Super presentation, colour and detail.
