Une merveilleuse lumière, j'aime ces baigneurs de dos, comme affairés à des taches plus urgentes que de regarder le photographe...La ligne des palmiers crée un bel élan vers le haut, le ciel aux beaux nuages, il semble que le spectacle soit plus loin, plus haut...

Bonsoir Annie! Cette photo me laisse un peu perplexe.Je ne sais pas pourquoi.Peut-être est-ce son côté métallique.Pour moi,dans ma tête le métal est froid et lisse .Et cette photo qui devrait dégager de la chaleur me glace plutôt! Mais c'est très personnel! D'un autre côté,j'adore ta composition,très classique comme si chaque élément était à sa place.Le revêtement de la tour avec ses traits rayés noirs me rappelle les anciens costumes de main et me fait bien rire.Photo tout de même très intéressante! Merci pour le partage! Merci aussi pour toutes tes visites et critiques qui sont des plus appréciées! À bientôt!

How bizarre... to think I walked on that same beach-strip... I still remember walking by that striped tower... it certainly IS a small world! :)

You're right, this image has some great lighting conditions... fast shutters mean better focus... I like the way the light reflects on the wet shore, the boys in the front add a fun touch to the shot... talk about vacationing! (Is vacationing a word?... hope so!) Palms, beach, waves and blue skies... what more could a person ask for... ah I know, a tropical drink! :) Great image, brings back some wonderful memories. TFS!

A nice summer scene...maybe I should go here:) The contrast here is high but very well done. Composition is balanced very nice and super. Good details to. If I'm allowed to have a nitpik it would be I wish the people was facing us instead of walking away..would have made it more inviting I think but...still nice shot Annie, very nice. Thanks.

That old lighthouse seems to have been converted to something totally different... Well, maybe it never was a lighthouse then!
But the structure works well as a compositional element!
