I like this picture too. I LOVe the fact that the mother's blurred and the daughter is clear. It seems to give it some distance between the two. Good capture and Thanks for sharing it.

Hi Edgar,

I totally agree with your symbolic conclusions to this shot- such nice sentiments. This DOF is simply perfect in this photo, as if we cant see the mother as clearly as the daughter. :) My favourite bit is how sweet the little girl is with her braid and the cute little pink clip/elastic. The only thing that could better this shot would be a thick white frame, but that's my personal preference. Over-all, a beautiful photo- I love it!
