Hi Maretin,
I think that the compo of this photo is very good, with the road leading into the picture, with great texture of the snow, with well placed within the frame single tree in the foreground, on the right. All would be perfect but there are imho two flaws here: blue colour cast and quite high noise of the photo. This cast would be nice, provided that all the photo was in greyscale (it would like sepia, but in blue key) - but here you left the colour, which is visible even through this strong blue cast (especially brown of the poles on both sides of the road). I made workshop correcting these two things - I wonder if you like it :-)
