its a picture of the stadtpark in graz.
at this shot i tried somthing with the exposure time. with ps7.0 i changed the saturation and the contrast a little bit. i also cropped it and added a frame. |

Hi Benedikt,
the composition and POV are not bad.
But I think at 6 seconds, F/3.2 is much too large for the lights - hence the reason for the over-exposure and lens flare on them.
A good trick for setting exposure could be to meter against the brightest light.. and then probably add +1 to the OEV and shoot. Have a look at the result and if neccessary adjust accordingly (OEV + OR - as you feel is necessary ).
This way you're more likely to get a more visually pleasant exposure.

PS: by OEV, I mean optimum exposure value - the combination of Aperture, shutter speed and in some instances ISO
