[Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note
As Ann was witness to the bride, we were invited to join the newly-wed couple on their photo-shoot. And, as I "happened" to have my camera with me, I couldn't resist to taking some pictures while the professional photographer was doing her thing ;o). As you all know - and can see clearly here - a photographer's job is not just about taking pictures!

She certainly took her time so I got quite a few shots, some of which I might share with you.

Tech talk

Croppity-crop to a wide format, to emphasize the length of the XXL-car (notice the licence plate, it's not altered!).

Cloned out some people behind the car, and some cars in the parking-lot in the far background.

Applied sharpening once, then downsized for TL in 5 steps. Still got some jaggies on the radiator grille :((.

Copied the picture to a new layer and applied diffuse glow. Applied a transparency brush to the top layer, to make the faces reappear unaltered.

Added Frank's framing.

You did a very good job on the cloning Frank, didn't notice it at all, the streched view of the shot was a good thing to emphase the limo ..just the grain in the picture is not my favorit, like the composition though with the photographer at work !!

I like the horizontal crop Frank as its puts more attention on the limo. The diffuse glow is nice but not too sure about the grain though. I think it would look with 0 grain when you apply the glow IMHO. You did a great job on the cloning. It's not visible at all. Jaggies are a nuisance Frank, but there sometimes unavoildable. They happens a lot on diagonal lines. Looking forward to seeing some more shots of the wedding. I guess this was when you wore yur Tuxedo?

Excellent capture of the "Limo" Frank, :)
Well done on the composition.

I like the diffuse glow but not the grain. Just being honest. :) Maybe the framing is a little tight on the head?
Excellent work, Frank's frame works on this one. :)

Mike

Hi Frank

I like the mottled grain effect which gives the impression of looking back in time. Well cropped & framed. Good work!

I have seen similar situations without realizing it would make a good photograph . Your note his superb , thank you . I like your frame as well . Jim

Nice one Frank, a impressive car, a Continental. A very good point of view! I like it a lot.
Best regards
Guy

Very, very nice Frank. Wow! What an XXL car, the 600 on the number plate doesn't mean it can seat ...No, Impossible, can't be... Heheheh!

Yep, nice composition, good PP work Frank, I like it well done!

We can learn a lot from watching these photographers. But it's a big responsability taking these wedding photos.
Good shot with the limo fitting in so well, plus your cloning, etc. I can't see where they were. Well done.

"Hercules works" in this preparation (I have read carefully the tech talk) and this is well done and full of creativity. The result is here a very good one increased by the diffuse glow, the same I have seen at specialists wedding photographers shop here.
Of couse this is well done and i like very much the big and luxurious car there, and cannot imagine the problem if it don't start and they all have to push it :))
Compliments
Jean Michel

Mooi werk dat u hier geleverd hebt, wacht nog steeds op de eerste fuchsia foto.

I like the idea to take opportunity of the situation. Also the wide format is appropriate and the cloning is unnoticable.
The diffuse-glow however didn't succeed very well (IMHO) and leaves the whole picture 'somewhat' grainy, and I'm not sure you intended it to look this way.
(I did some shots in the same park when my sister married)

Very nice idea shoot the photographer on the job.
I like your POV and the perspective and the diffused glow effect is not bad. Excellent PP work!
