[Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note
Hi!

Actually the fire wasn't at all this spectacular. I coincidentally ended up with this result to be honest. You have got to try this (if you haven't already). Only works in the dark.

1. set shutter speed between 5 and 10 seconds (I used eight seconds here)
2. don't forget the flash.
3. shoot the shot. You need to move a bit for this shot: turn the camera around, shooting the dark backgrounds and only occasionally turn back to the fire basket.

The result is that the fire basket is not out of focus at all, because it was only lighted with the flash, but during the eight seconds it is pitch black (be sure that it is!). The extra flames are 'painted' on during the eight seconds of your shoot. A lot of fun, I can assure you.

...I've reread your note a few times, not sure I get the technique steps, but it's one heck of a photo! It's really neat the way the container is sharp, yet flames dancing everywhere! Congratulations!
