[Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note
This street artist was making pretty balloon objects for the kids in Leuven (during "De Langste Dag"). I really like watching street artists, and this one in particular got very much attention. At one time at least 4 photographers were taking pictures of him. He also has a yellow bird on his shoulder that stayed there all the time.
