I like the expression of the child and in particular his teath. Maybe the b&w would be better with a litte bit of contrast.

This is an absolutely stunning picture. I really like it! Not only is the expression excellent, but it is very well captured. The detail is pin-sharp, you can see every wrinkle on his nose. Slightly shallow depth of field also works great with focus on the eyes. Composition very good. Excellent picture!
