[Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note
In an earlier posting I uploaded a photo I made while visiting the Belfort church.

Well, inside that Belfort church there is a lot to see. Like this part of the "music makers".
Ofcourse the church has traditional bells too, but when you hear the softer tones playing al kind of songs, this masterpiece shown here lets hear its 'voice'.

The big drum is as high as a person and is still in use.

Dit is toch een even wat groter mechaniek dan ik had in mijn speeldoos :-)
Perfect scherpe plaat, mooie journalistieke of zal ik zeggen historische waarnemen vastgelegd. Interessante inzending Jopp.

Hi Joop,
Unusual subject, but a very interesting presentation of this classic music box. Nicely sharp and detailed documentation. The colours are good, you used the internal lights very well. Excellent taste of frame, the only distracting thing in my opinion id the lamp in the composition at the top left corner. But overall the image is impressive. TFS.

Ik krijg ineens weer zin om een kleine muziekbox te bekijken en beluisteren Joop.

Vroeger had ik er één, maar die is spoorloos verdwenen tijdens één van onze vele verhuizingen.
Nou deze zal je niet zomaar verliezen.
Nog nooit één van dit formaat gezien, moet heerlijk zijn om naar te luisteren.
Weet je wat, deze warme foto roept op de één of andere manier de kerstsfeer op.....
