[Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note
Bonsai (Japanese: 盆栽, (literally "bon planted", where a 'bon' is a tray-like pot typically used in bonsai culture) is the art of aesthetic miniaturization of trees, or of developing woody or semi-woody plants shaped as trees, by growing them in containers. Cultivation includes techniques for shaping, watering, and repotting in various styles of containers.

'Bonsai' is a Japanese pronunciation of the earlier Chinese term penzai (盆栽). The word bonsai is used in the West as an umbrella term for all miniature trees in containers or pots.

Taking advantage of your note to go through and discover your work: nice diversity and look at things. Particularly appreciate this one. First because i love anthropomorphist trees: and your bonsai has something of an exotic dancer. Second because i find your shot really original because of the very short DOV you chose wich gives a very particular effect and atmosphere. Very uncommun, very well done
Cheers Manu

You are literally drawing with light. I love the transparency and lines in this one.

Rgds, Paul

I know that tree (Chinese Elm), three same live in the garden with many others little trees. The older is named Canton, two other not yet have name but they will, surely, perhaps Beijing and Shanghai.
