What I like here Leon, is the triangle with the fishing-road and the line and coming back several times under the pier.....
I also like the mininal details and the lot of space, good shot !

Voilà encore une belle ambiance de notre côte belge que l'on aime tant sans ses buildings.
Merci pour votre photo et joyeuses Pâques!

I agree with Hans Leon, the repetition of the triangle of rod & line in the pier is magnificent. Another nice one of this famous pier. Beautiful colours here. TFS, Happy Easter!

Yeah, fisihing is a great drinking sport! I like the lines in this one Leon. I was interested if you focused on the pier or the fishing rod? B

Excelent capture and well done on this composition.
Come on over and you won't need a six pack, you'll be too busy reeling em' in. :) :)

Mike

I'm shure it's relaxing! Even me have the taste to relax when i see that! Very well idea with that point of view... Positionning us in his place! :o)

What a clever idea, the fisherman being imagined- excellent background with beautifull complimenting colors, well done Leon!

This one is really funny! You really caught the mood very well, even if you didn't write the note I would know what this was all about ;-) Besides that there's all those lines and angles that work very well with each other. Well done.
Happy Easter to you.
Ana

Happy Easter to you Leon and your family. I like the way you put the fishing rod in the foreground as it makes a nice triangle shape.

Nice geometry in your composition, and good use of light! Excellent!

No luck but a good point of view from the end of your fishing rod.

C'est vrai Léon qu'on a plus de chance en photographie d'attraper une belle prise au bord de l'eau ... vous en êtes la preuve vivante ... bravo!

Maybe no luck for the fisher, but you had a bite. Great composition, fine blue colours.
Well captured.

Very nice blue tones, sharp lines and silhouettes against the sky. I like the composition a lot. The simple fishing line in the foreground is excellent. It seems to me to be so well balanced. TFS.

No wonder he didn't catch anything. It looks as if his line had drifted back into the pier instead of out to sea. Funny triangle created by rod and line. Thanks for the wishes, Leon.

Who cares if you do not catch fish... but the beers are cold and the scenery is awesome, what else can you want?.... nice note, being there, done that and have the t-shirt pal.

Hi Leon, a very nice graphic capture! I like the perspective, the dominant blue and the way the triangle in the foreground is repeated numerous times in the breakwater. Very nice shot.
Regards from Rotterdam,
Bert

I like this for the atmosphere. A bit of loneliness, but very peaceful.

btw. Thanks for your comment.

It looks so calm and relaxed there on the water Leon. And I can see all the triangles too - at least a couple of dozen trianges on show. Well shown.

very good composition I like it very much. Coloures are litle dark but it is fogy, I see.
