[Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note
From the Spinolarei we have a great view over the Poortersloge (Burgher's Lodge) and in front of it is the Jan van Eyck square with the statue of the greatest flemish painter of all times who lived and died in Brugge.

Hi John,
Nice pastel colors in your capture.
You managed to produce a nice pleasing panorama with excellent PP work despite the dullness of the day light.
A good POV with a deep DOF.
Well presented in this L-shape of the canal!
Regards,

Francis Xavier

John

Lovely colors, wonderful sharpness details.

Hello John,
I do not think anybody would be able to find fault with this picture.
A very strongly composed image.
Moving boats are adding life to the picture.Surrounded by series of magnificent buildings.
Excellent work.

Hello,

encor un mangigiqeu vue du Bruges, , le cadrage est splendide avec les deux côtés de facades colorées, las bâteaux de plaisance, superbe ensemble qui fait envie d'aller visiter cette belle ville.

bravo et amitié

Nicou

You got some really nice levels going on here John! My only suggestion would be to "feather" the bloom that was added to the building on the right. It's a little TOO obvious, but if you feather it....diffuse it, it will naturally draw your eye, as opposed to "distracting" your eye over there. Love the sharpness of this! Nice work!

Hi John,

Wow, that is a lovely capture of the cityscape with perfect sharpness and from a wonderfully chosen POV. The colors are perfectly shown with nice show of the clouds, which bring great mood into the picture. The water however brings dynamism into the shot. Very well done, my friend!

best greetings,
Paras

Hi John...nice shot...excellent composition and details...nice light.

Hi John,
A lovely shot of this beautiful city with good colors and composition, wonderful dark clouds and excellent PP work.
I think, you need just 1° of rotation on right and cut lower part of the shot (part of fence). See my workshop here.

Best regards,
Alex
