It does look like a storybook landscape Jean.
Almost has an oil painting type quality to it.
I could see this hanging over a fireplace in a lodge somewhere.
Great wide view and interesting crop. Nicely done.

I love the cropping done here. It really emphasizes the horizontal area. The small cottage is what does it for me. Great placement. It almost looks as if it was taken with an IR filter.

J'imagine meme pas l'impact et l'extention de plaisir si un petit oiseau avait eu la bonne idée d'apparaitre sur la branche de droite.. ;)

beau tableau, les traits dans le ciel sont des signes de compression jpeg si je ne m'abuse, mais ça donne un côté texture de toile,
la compo panoramique est bien, mais c'est vrai que c'est petit,
ne sais tu pas qu'on peut mettre des versions large jusqu'à 4000pix ?
surtout que cette photo est bien dans les proportions, le ratio correspond aux critères
tu n'as qu'à aller dans 'manage' (ou 'organiser') et 'upload large post'

I simple love the atmosphere you've created here. Fantastic and very sugestive narrative line in large view; superb the effect of the almost hidden palace between the romanesc trees; sublim the mood that you've created with a suggestion of fog and the soft green tone.

I thought this would be a thumbnail of Large Version with the wide view [it fits the condition for LV]? It is a great view of the winter scenery showing such a nice landscape of snow cover. Is it a lake or river? Or it looks more like a field with the house at right. I like your capture and composition of the level of trees including the castle. Nice branch at top right for DOF even though some of us may crop it out. The light at this day is not easy to shoot but you have done well for this.

Hi Jean.

I like the composition very much. The note too. ;-) The only thing I would change is is compression ratio which is very high and reduce the quality of the image. We can upload up to 300 Kb and this one is compressed to 32.72 Kb.
