a very quiet and pensive shot
the warm colours of the tree contrast with the dark trunks in the foreground and the haziness of the background
i did a ws to get some colour into the tree as if it wasnt misty so to make the mist look more effective in the background...and the tree more distinct

Hello Anneke... I do like the pastel colours of the trees... Especially the mist makes them impressive... Maybe you could use black or white frame to emphasize these colours... Excellent...

Beautiful photo Anneke, I love pictures of the woods and mist, but it looks a bit spooky, scary. Tread carefully. This is all the emotions and feelings this photo is bringing out - if a photo can move you like that it must be pretty damn good!

The strong black lines produced by the trees are quite impressive with the orange tint of the leaves. The mist gave a mystic feel on the image. Your composition is remarkable.

What a lovely moody shot Anneke,the mist adds a sense of mystery to the trees. The autumn colours show beautifully against the grey mist. It is a very nice composition.
