Un voeu au bord du lac d'Amour (Minnewater)
Selon une légende brugeoise, Minna et Morin vivaient un amour impossible. En effet, le père de Minna ne voulait pas de Morin. Alors Minna s'enfuit. Lorsque Morin la retrouva enfin, ce fut pour recueillir son dernier souffle. Fou de chagrin, Morin construisit une digue, assécha la rivière et y enterra Minna. Puis, il rompit la digue et les eaux engloutirent à jamais le corps de sa bien-aimée.
Bien que l’histoire remonte au temps des Romains, la légende court toujours. Alors, si vous êtes amoureux, la tradition veut que vous vous arrêtiez quelques instants sur le petit pont du lac d'Amour pour y faire un vœu.

Nous avons bu une petite bière (tripel brugge) à la terrasse de ce beau château, sous les parasols blanc, je vous le conseille! le coin est vraiment splendide:D

Reminds me of a dutch painting ca. 17th century....very peaceful with a touch of threat. Very well done!

Beautiful scene. Good comp. I put it into a workshop to spice is up a bit.

Histoire touchante! Et sacré bel endroit pour arrêter le temps quelque peu autour d'une table de terasse... C'est excellent comme point de vue! Le jeux des reflecxtion sur l'eau est appaisant!

Et une note très intéressante ! Tu as vraiment mis à profit ton séjour chez les sorcières (Bruges venant du mot espagnol Brujas, les sorcières).
