Hallo Hans,
Ik kan het ten zeerste waarderen dat een zo bereisd iemand als jij (dat leidt ik althans af uit je fotografisch én geografisch rijke fotogallerij) toch oog blijft hebben voor doordeweekse landschappen als deze. Landschappen zonder een elvenderstigste kasteel bovenop een steile rots, maar landschappen die, in al hun discretie, écht de ziel van een streek weergeven. Daar ben je met deze prent duidelijk in geslaagd.
Dit zíjn de Ardennen ten voeten uit: een ietwat ruig plateau met duistere sparrenbossen, wat weiland en een bewolkte lucht. Al ben jij er wel in geslaagd net die ene zonnestraal mee te pikken, zodat de kleuren wat meer glans krijgen. Eveneens boeiend is de wijze waarop de koeien zijn gepositioneerd: ze lijken wel deel uit te maken van de landschapsstructuur. Mooi lijnenspel.
Kortom, I like this kind of picture!
