Flemish creek

A view on one of the many creek in our region. This is the most famous one, the "Boerekreek" (Farmer's Creek). The white thing is a watertower, it can be seen from kms. from this place.
The creeks in our region are remains of the North-Sea that centuries ago was more inland. They are a beloved place for fishermen and for nature-lovers (birds). If you type the word "Boerekreek", you'll find much more about it on the net, my note would get much to long...
PP : not much, only auto levels, a little sharpening and the crop...
O yes, and if you might think I changed the color of the water... I didn't, when there's a blue sky this creek always looks so blue (the water is very undeep). |

Hoi Luc,
Yep, like this view, really good panorama of Flanders, attractive details and unless the leafless trees you made a fine composition with the reed, the water and the water tower.
The colours are a bit dull though and I think with increasing the brightness and contrast the image will improve. Made a WS to show wath I mean. Nevertheless a fine posting Luc.

Hallo Luc.
Prachtige omgeving.
