Was interesting to see this shiny from the outside monument of united Europe being so casually alive inside.
(Inside and outside buildings both belong to the Parliament) .
No coverage on the party, we were much too late. |

Hello Paulius,
This could be an interesting urban shot, but it seems completely blurred to me. The blur does not look "functional" here (i.e. it does not give the impression of being a meaningful aspect of the photographic concept - though you placed this photo in the HPP-category). I'd say just camera shake... Perhaps you should return to that place to try other shots?
