I like the expression on his face and the twinkle in the eyes but find the noise, the harsh exposure on the right of the frame and the lights in the background all too much of a distraction. At 1/25s and no flash I'm surprised at this exposure - if it was a deliberate piece of PP work then you would have been well advised to have included some info about it in the photographers note.
