Very nicely done! I must admit this is one of those rare occasions where I might not have realise PS was used so heavily - the only thing that gives it away (other than your informative note) was the identical posing of the hands! I really like the way it feels like so many people are all reaching for the sky, it's almost inspirational. About the only part I'm not 100% happy with is the soft-edged frame, and when that's the worst I can find you know you must have done well :-D

I really like the symetry and expressiveness of this shot. I'm not usually much for such huge amounts of PS manipulation but I must say it is effective here. Good choice of BandW.

Very creative. Nice use of simple repetition in the composition. But I think the pic of the sky could have been better. Something seems a little off (like the clouds should be higher up over the hands I think).

This is a clever idea to use a repeating subject. I think I would have liked to show a little less sky and a little more arm. You've done really well with the sizing to give the illusion of perspective here.

Very moving photo! But in my opinion, I dont see it as hands reaching out to help people/catch someone. I see it as a group of people reaching up for guidance, or reaching up to the sky with hope. I guess everyone has their own perceptions! Great Job!

Hi Leon, this is a nice idea, good contrast and repetition, great job in PP. It really sparks my imagination. I would like to see cats and dogs raining out of the sky or something, for an interesting twist. :)

Wow. Great post-processing. I wish I could achieve such a great result as this. It is almost a spiritual photo, not necessarily religious but spiritual in the sense: a young hand reaching to the sky, reaching to have her young dreams come true, to live the life she wants to live. Nice use of black and white and fantastic details. The hands of your daughter are beautiful, hahaha the kind of hand I always used to envy :). I would take more pictures of it in different positions with shadows. An experiment :D, one of my thoughts.
