Hi Snezhana
Some beautiful elements in this photo - and most of all your subject. He has a charming face and beautiful eyes. Excellent catchlights in his eyes, too.
Your composition is fine, although he could be placed a little more to the right of the frame.
Do you upload exif data with your shots? I don't know what the shutter speed was in this shot but I think there is a little bit of camera shake. A tripod or some other way of steadying the camera would get you sharper portraits in that case. :)

its in the eyes..and you got them as i like them...dark and lucid..glassy and with a highlight
difficult format ..horizontal but you have used a lot of it...the dark area to the left could have been lit fractionally to 'lift' that side of the frame...perhaps a toy in the background..
