Its a nice shot and a beautiful scenery!
I think the mountains in the background are over exposed. This would have been perfect for a HDR (High Dynamic Range) photo. HDR is a technique where you merge 2 or more pictures with different exposure to get more dynamic range in the photo. That way you could have maintained the details of the mountains in the back as well as the fields in the front. Try do a search on HDR photo on the internet or treklens to learn more. I'm definitely not an expert on the subject.
