Hi,there,
Stray dogs here appeared with the dawn of thugocracy.
People threw dogs out of their homes when no longer needed.
The sad irony is that a lot of people are also thrown like unwanted dogs.
Which one is worse?
I no longer know.
This could also be an allegory for nowadays state of everything

True, many animals are cast away when they grow too old or too big. People should know better.
Anyway, it's also true that people are cast out. Proof of that in many cities all over the world.
The difference is that sometimes people have a choice... while animals are always "submitted" to people.
As for the picture, I think there's something wrong with the colours, they look a bit flat... on the other hand, that adds to the mood and theme of the picture...
