[Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note
Hi, there,
There is a similar monument in almost every town and Haskovo makes no exception. Such monuments are usually erected in the main square of little towns.
When I was taking this shot there were some people getting the square ready for a ceremony but I didn't have a nice POV to shoot from not to disturb people.
I see, I took this shot just a month ago on 2 June- the Commemoration Day when grateful descendants put flowers at the feet of the stony soldiers.
I do hope this monument to be one of the last dedicated to perished soldiers and perished people at all.
Nice , colourful, bustling and merry remaining part of the day.Enjoy your time and day isn't frozen.
