An interesting picture, which definately looks better full size than as a thumbnail. There's a good contrast in colour and texture between the cat and the steps, and a juxtaposition between the hard lines of the stone and curves of the cat. I'm not 100% sure about the composition - personally I might have tried to place the cat more in the top right of the frame, and I'd also clone out the black bin at the top.
