Whatever reason [not stated] you have for the desaturation of the B&W version and leaving the flag in color, the effect is a good way to show the main street activity on a sunny day and displaying a fine architecture of the Croatian town. Good work.

Interesting selective de-saturation with a nice effect. I like how the sunny day is enhanced with black & white, the wet street shows very well. Wonderful image!
