Nice mood, like tilted bacground and holder detail, cropped arm and too contrast bootom isn't doesn't do any good to it. I would suggest one radical crop (see workshop), hope you don't mind.

Very nice portrait, this cool blue tone ads a special mood to the photo... Just one small thing: hand placment is not ideal, it is little too big on the photo (should be moved more to "back" of the head)...
