A nice shot with an excellent composition of this narrow street that leads us to some unknown place and maybe nowhere ...
I like me too the bike and that guy in the background, I like also the light and the choice of your title with the number of the door !

That's a great choice for the title! This one I could never miss, it's my favourite number after all!
THe little bike definitely grabs our attention. I might have cropped the image more on the right, but that's a question of personal taste :-))
The note says there's a guy in balcony, but I cannot see him! But this is my fault, I shouldn't be here on the computer without my glasses, because I cannot see properly...
This looks like it was taken in portugal!

Good shot Matej! Maybe you could crop right part of the picture just to get perfect "stairway" up, but igore that. :)
The bike on the photo is great element! Perfect, perfect vivid element which enables us to imagine what kind of living is happening in the town. I almost can hear all the noises.
The guy? Ignore him. ;)

Great job again, I see that you've grabbed your parent's better camera, hehe! :)))

Good composition with the small bike on the left. I like narrow streets like this, and I find my eyes looking deeper into the distance. That's when I spotted the man on the balcony. This is a very nice scene from the old part of the town. So very interesting to see so many styles of houses. Good shadows too. You have some nice talent Matej.

Matej - As others have mentioned, you have a busy picture here that needs a bit of work on defining the subject, and then clearly framing it. Composition is very important, and can completely change a scene. Perhaps a picture of just the bike, from seat level -- Or perhaps moved up a step and removed the bike completely and the gate on the right? But then again, it does show city life -- and that is important to. Take from my comments what you will. But keep up the posting regardless! :)

I liked the mood at the pic.everything is as it is,original I mean.I believe we should be the same in our lives,but many people play cartoons :-)the idea 29 is also suiting that narrow passage.
by the way,it's so nice for you to start photography at that age,congratulations.

Hello Matej,

you have a good eye for one so young. This image is my favorite of yours. I really like that shadows but particularly the lonley little bike. The bike is the main point of focus here - maybe because its the only thing on the image that isn't structural (part of a building), or maybe because of the colour.

The image as a whole is very good and interesting. The design of the street/alley is facinating. The way the path turns round the corner lead the eye nicely. It kind of makes me wonder what's doen there.

As a suggestion for improvment, I feel that the bike should be 'in' the image a little further. Perhaps leaning against the white wall just past the '29' sign.

Great Image all the same. Thanks for sharing a part of your world.

I like the mood of this one too :) The light is great for a desert street like that. You really have good eyes for good photos ;)
