Hi there.
Cute is the word. Feet aren't often so well pictured. Sand and little stones makes it. I'm not sure about the sepia tones but it is your choice and I have'nt seen the original one. I surely would like to know what it is with well saturated colors.
See you around.
Denis.
Hello you!!
beautiful shot and nice crop.. only her feet and the sand :)
About sharpness and resizeing.. did you 'save for web' or just 'save as'? My experience is that when you save as.. the final quality is very poor, instead if you save for web, you have the same quality of the shot you are working on but with a small sieze. Usually you have this option.
Well done, elf princess!!

hello Charmes.
Des petits pieds dans le sable que c'est joli. La composition est belle ainsi que le contraste.
La procédure de asiram est la même que la mienne, j'ai rien trouvé de mieux jusque maintenant.
Amitiés.

I love your photo. the tones, the texture. really nice shot, composition.
Unusual shot! We don't see many feet around :-) The sand and the pebbles make a great detail.
As for the resizing, you should try to do it in more than one step, for example 3 and then sharpen. It normally makes better results, the saving part is always tricky because we cannot upload files with big resolutions so saving for the web is usually the best choice. I hope this helps Carmela ;-)

I really like the subject, as it is cute. Little feet in the sand. Brings back memories of when my children were small. The composition is also very good. About you loosing some detail and sharpness.
I'm not sure off the method you use for resizing, sharpening, and saving. This is what I use, and you may wish to try it. I use Photoshop CS.

Tip: Sharpening a photo is the last step to be done after any post processing including noise reduction, resizing, and Save For Web.

Carmela,
I like the perspective of your daughter's feet here. The black & white serves the shot well. Thanks for sharing and God's best to you!

Hi Carmela !
Elements of Nature are so present in your shots ... sand, grass, rock, water ...
Nice composition, good choice not to center the feet in the frame.
It is so pleasant to walk in the sand.
