Marina in Cres by night. Red and yellow lights gives nice warm atmosphere there. The photo was taken in 21:00. The sky is still light for this late hour.
Without tripod(forget to take it on vacation!!!!!) I put the camera on the floor.

Great the reflection on the boat tree in distance, the colors and the reflection on the water. I'm not so sure about the frame, just a detail.

Congrats

Marco

Very nice sharp photo. Good composition and great lighting! Great job. JP

You forgot to take tripod on vacation?!?!?!?!? Geee, you must have been in a great hurry! :))
Well, I se we're in the "square" mood these days, ha? :) Nice frame, you've choesn the right thickness and color.
I love the photo, colors and reflection are creating that very Adriatic vacational mood, it's great. But, I don't like blurred foreground, you might try smaller aperture. The problem is that yellow path (ebga, ne znam kako se kaže "mul u marini") makes perfect parallel composition with hills in the background. Yet, one of them is blurred while other is sharp. I find it disturbing.
Still, this is great shot! Love the colors, composition and usage of reflection is really great! Excellent job stara! :)
Pozdrav

The evening light is beautifully serene. Pity about the ledge being in the foreground. I think the camera needed to be a bit highter to avoid that. Perhaps place your handbag on the ledge first, then camera on top of that. It might help.

Hi dear !
I love the light of the end of the day, which gives warm colours to the scene. This is typically the kind of scene I appreciate because it is so close of the place I am from. Being relaxed at a terrace when the sun is falling in front of a port, is a real pleasure in life.
You give perfect mood of this with your composition. I like to put my camera on the floor too ... :) Sometimes, I lie on the ground with the camera too ;) What a dangerous job photography !
One secret : I never use tripod !
Great work !

Nice shot Carmela. I like the tone of this photo. A hot and quiet summer night. It's nice to see all those masts contrasting in the sky. To bad you forgot your tripod.
Bravo anyway!

Beautiful late night shot Carmela, the light really makes the mood indeed... Actually, I thought it was the setting sun you had captured ;o). Nice scenery though I think the wall takes up just a bit too much of the picture. TFS.

Hi Carmela,
Thsi si a very nice shot from your vacations. I love the warm tones from the end of the day and the fact teh camera ws low, made a very nice POV.

Well done!

Take care, Stef
By the way, I don't even own a tripod ;) So just keep shooting!

Ther are so much people here to tell us to travel to Croatia, that seing this situation I am not surprised at all ... The light is fantastic.
A good one
Jean Michel
