[Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note
This is one of my first photos ever, taken a year ago. I just went out for a couple of minutes to try my new Olympus. The green backyard was my inspiration, Photoshop was extra tool. B&W background came to my husband as a workshop. This is actually one old TE post, but since I have deleted all my TE photos, I've decided to post it here.

Why is it that there are no comments??? It is beautiful. I love your choice of partial desaturation and the DoF couldn't have been better. I would make a few whiter patches in the background a little darker, so they wouldn't stand out too much, but, other than that, it is a very good photo.

Zdravo Branka, to je lepa, tipično ženska slikica. Nježna i lijepo postavljena. Posebno mi se sviđa kako si dala okvir, da list prelazi preko njega.

Wow what a lovely 3D effect and fantastic shot!
Very sharp, great DOF and presentation.
I agree with Katya this is a great photo and deserves more points!

P.S. Thank you for your kind comments.

Hi Branka,
Such a beautiful composition! The flowers look so vivid & true to life! Great idea to desaturate the background as it emphasizes the flower very well.

Well done & TFS :)

Hi Branka!
Beautiful shot! The colour of the flowers and grass pieces is so vivid! It is lovely against the b&w background. Definatly a good choice! I like how the grass overlaps the frame, it gives the photo more depth. The detail in the flowers is really good!

Da, čini mi se da se sjećam ove fotke s TE. jako lijepe boje i sviđa mi se kako travčice izlaze iz okvira!

Very nicely composed, Branka, and the yellow of the two flowers really seems to explode on the screen. I am not a big fan of selective desaturation but it seems to work here. I like how you have framed it to stem overlap the frame. Well done!
