[Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note
Kaštel (dvor) s parkom u Severinu na Kupi bio je posjed stare plemičke obitelji Frankopana. Do sredine XVII. stoljeća Severin na Kupi je središte županije severinske, a 1776. godine prima povelju Marije Terezije uz privilegije. Dvorac se spominje od 1558. godine. To je jednokatna građevina, četvorokutnog tlocrta s unutrašnjim dvorištem i hodnicma s arkadama, te vanjskim uglovnim cilindričnim kulama. Oko kaštela je park s kapelom Sv. Florijana. Današnji barokni dvor rezultat je zamašne pregradnje koju je godine 1803. izveo tadanji vlasnik grof Ivan Oršić.
