Hi Jean
This shot could have equally been titled "Phone Home" after the famous glowing finger of "E.T.the Extraterestrial". Anyway, I love these pictures that leave so much to the imagination. The texture and discolouration of the statue, the clear blue sky background and framed in a blue frame that some might consider an unusual choice, all make up a great shot.
It works for me Jean, thanks for sharing.

bonjour JC

I find the fingers to be extra long [compared to my short ones]. Makes a nice graphic art piece here especially with only the blue sky, light and shadow. It would be real nice if the light is coming from direction of your camera to avoid that shadow below the palm.

A nice abstract shot.

Very eyecatching. I love the simplicity (purity) of the capture, an element of the statue against an evenly-blue sky. Very well composed with nice use of light and shadow.

There is something a little creepy about those skeletal fingers!

Hi J.C., excellent shot for details, POV and for the contrast with the blu sky. Compliments, Adele

Damien.

Strange . . . and wonderful, Jean. Such an interesting hand and fingers! Good job!

Eye-catching hand and exceptionally long fingers , as is often the case showing only a part of a whole proves more rewarding photographically in general which i appreciate in this compo , the title and idea are interesting but i think the placement of your subject on the left side and more sky over the index might make an even stronger composition like this way up and over there ... .I am not too sure about the frame , an unusual color match or perhaps it is better without one ,nevertheless a fine observation on your part,
Carol

Nice Minimalistic Picture...Graet colours and sharpness....
