Dubrovnik was founded by joining two small towns: Laus, a town on a small island off the southern Dalmatian coast, which provided shelter for the Italic refugees from the nearby city of today's Cavtat; and Dubrava, a settlement of Slavic immigrants at the foot of the forested Srđ hill.

Hi Anna,
The orange roofs against the horizon are is a great idea, although I have some problems with the colour settings. In my opinion there is too much red in it, white is hardley to recognise. Even the sky is disturbed. Also the light assy at the foreground is disturbing the picture. I hope you arn't upset about all this comment. After all TL is a learning site as well! Nevertheless I like your intentions. Nice you share it with us! Refer my WS to see the difference.

Nice photo of a beautifull old town well known in the world and saved for most in the last war.. other than that nice bridge of Mostar.

DUBROVNIK's roofs aren't orange they are red if anything. This doesn't rapresent DUBROVINK at all. The whole pic has a orange "haze" around it and it makes this beautiful and ancient city look really bad.I can appreciate your effort but this lacks imagination, pov, colouring and post-procesing. I would expect someone with 2253 pts to have some skill in processing a photo but this is beyond my worse expectations.

Bardzo ciekawa architektura i ladna perspektywa Aniu.Ladna sceneria kadru tylko moim zdaniemtroszeczke za duzo oranzu jest. poza tym zdjecie jest bardzo ladnie skadrowane
