Wow!! I love his shot it's so vibrant and the water looks refreshing, it looks like it could be a scene from a fairytale. The first thing that I noticed was the red roof on the mill which led me to the little window, I wonder what it looks like inside :-)

It looks like a painting, Tsilla. IMO colours are a bit "overdone", saturation is very high here.
Compo-wise, I really like it. The power of the water is clearly shown, though a bit overexposed - nothing could have been done to prevent that, I guess, the lighting conditions were hard for the lightmeter...
