This isn't an easy to capture moment, but you did well! I like the rays, the horizon (I had to look closely what the horizon is) and it all together makes it an interesting an fine pictur.

Very nice capture of the sunbeam and clouds with good exposure and no OE for this view of the sea and land. The blue color theme is great.

I like the light+shadow effect.
