[Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note
Kornati National Park is one of the most indented island group in the Mediterranean, a unit of 150 islands, islets and rocks are spread over the central part of the Adriatic. This is the bluest corner of the Adriatic and the turquoise blue of the sea is even more expressed by großaritge structure on the other hand, gray stone cliffs of the island. With its clear sea, torrents of sunshine, numerous coves and small ports Kornati are a must destination for boaters on their wanderings over the Adriatic and the right choice for modern Robinsons.

The Kornati National Park by 1980 years to protect mankind, and guards the prettiest part of the Adriatic. Boundaries of the park two thirds of the island group and reefs under the common name - Kornati. The park covers an area of approximately 218 million square meters of which is 3 of the area of the sea surface and 1 are islands, islets and reefs.

One of the remarkable natural phenomena on Kornati are cliffs in a series of islands - Lower Kornati, which set out to open sea. The cliffs have been called in ancient times Crowns - corona, whence comes the name Kornati likely. The highest cliffs on the island Klobučar (80 meters) to Mana (65 meters), Rašip velo (64 meters) etc. Underwater rocks reach up to 100 meters deep.

Ballestas Islands, a paradise of birds and seals.
Came to mind this scene that I saw!

Hi Adrian,

A beautiful scene indeed. The cliffs provide a nice contrast with the vivid blue waters. The tour boat offers a bit of human perspective as well. I think there is a slight blue tint overall, where a slight adjustment in white balance in your PP software might help.

Hi Adrian,

Very colourful and detailed view. You certainly had a lot of blue and cyan to deal with there. You mentioned that the sea is turquoise, but yet it's the bluest corner of the Adriatic. To my eyes (maybe it's just my monitor) the sea contains traces of turquoise, but it's basically quite blue. Nice work! TFS.

a beautiful view shot of the splendid rocks and blue sea.
that tilt layers are really mediterranean characteristic,
