Little trip to Prag
 |
|
| [Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note |
After London let's take a little break and go to Prag. Not only does it allow me to add one touch of color on my travelling map, but this is a place i particularly liked.
This shot was taken at the bottom of the Venceslas square, very near the Koruna palace, the building one can start guessing on the right of the photo here. several buildings on this famous square include and mix Art nouveau and constructivist elements.
This is personally one of my favorite buildings in Prag, together with the one I am posting today on Trekearth. Which one do you prefer?

Salut Eric !
Les deux hommes mettent une note de couleur dans ta photo. J'aime aussi l'horloge monumentale.
Est-ce le même architecte que celui de ta photo de TE ? Je commente vite car "I must work ;)".
Sylvie
PS : tu es à Paris ?

This is a nice building Eric. I find the composition a bit busy though, as i don't seem to be able to focus on one point. I can see the idea you had in mind, the roof to the left, going over to the statue and ending by the wall to the right. the wall clearly indicates that this is were the eye should stop, that is very good. As a whole, the composition is good and my eye end up at the roof to the left side. It is only when examaning the picture, especially for the first time and in comparison with your TE post (i will comment on that one too to say why i preffer that one), that is becomes a bit busy. it has a lot of details that distracts a bit. Antennas on the roof, lamp post at the bottom etc. Not much one can do about the antennas though, atleast not if you want to stay legal ;-). Over all a great pic Eric, but as sad, i preffer the TE post.
Belle photo Éric, j'aime bien. Les deux gars ils pourraient faire des appui-livres.
Amitiés
Guy
