Hi marco,
very tasteful night shot with your interesting story you imagined...
this dark brown WALL with the balcony and the litiile light is the intermediate space, I think. the middle among the real dark and the lighted place is really the location of human. in this place there are many imaginations, memories, desires...these wait for being reminded, but almost all become to sink in the bottomless darkness...

Mysterious. A nice moody shot. Reminds me of stories of flames left in windows to guide fishermen back home. When the flame was extinguished, the fisherman lost his way and was taken to the deep by a mermaid....

I hope you won't mind my honesty but this is not your best one. What you want to show, the balcony is too much in the dark and the compo is unbalanced. What I like is the piece of light in the right lower part. I understand your feeling you expressed in your note but I am just talking about the image.
