You can find this poor fellow in the centre of Prague / Praha.
He didn't pay for the drinks he took, so he's locked up in the cellar !!

When asked, he says he will pay when he himself gets paid at the end of the month .... but he has no job .... so he will never be payed out.
Not to blame him that he can't pay !!

I wouldn't be surprised when he still is there ....

I did not see the fellow at once - yes he probably is still waiting to earn some money.
Lovely those old parts of a city - hope that not all of Prague is being renovated, then it will lose a lot of charm as far as I'm concerned. Lovely that you shared this with us.

LOL! Someone at this pub is a character to think of putting this poor man in the cellar. The singing group Kingston Trio had a song about a man named Charlie who could never get off the train because he couldn't pay. Well done.
