Figures in urban landscapes 11
 |

| [Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note |
This is once more the old city in Prague and these archways and cobblestones could tell stories of people walking through them for centuries - from Mozart to this girl with her mobile phone. This is probably one of the last contributions to my series on figures in urban landscapes. The gaussian noise that I fixed as a rule for these shots is no longer the fun it was in the beginning. I am on the other hand contemplating a series of people telephoning. It seems to me that whenever you shoot a snapshot in the street these days, you catch someone with a phone pressed to the ear. Would that be an idea for a new theme group?
Technically the usual small adjustments before resizing, then sharpening and finally the gaussian noise. |

From Mozart to the girl with the phone ;)) hehe. Even inspired you for a possible theme, so you could call it "From Mozart to the Mobile Phones" ;)) Well, just kiding, but more than the laugh it gave me, that expression truly carried me through a nice ride on time, loaning your image a pleasant mood.
I thought this was taken in Portugal!! There's a city called "Evora" here that as a set of archways in the street that look just like this one. It's amazing!!!!
Great shot. I love the grain too;-))))
I really like this photo Per!

I particularly love the grain in this one, it's such a subtle effect here... A pity the young lady seems to be stepping out of your frame though, Per... I like the way she is gesticulating with her 'free' hand. Well seen, TFS.
First this is a nice place well framed and in a good mood with the effect.
Another good one in this serie.
I like it
