Mounted on a tripod with a fairly small aperture I took a good many pictures of my youngest son biking along in zig-zag.
Keeping the same exposure and frame, it's possible in eg. Photoshop to combine these into this sort of progressive action photo.

This is superb shot. Great PP work here.
Nice colours, and overall effect.
Need to try something like this, never had the chance.
I think it's best if you have it staged, so the subject in attention know exactly what to do, and how to move to get the best effect.
It's even better if you shoot a passer by and get such amazing results, then that's rewarding.
