[Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note
I have been thinking about this for a while and now tried it - only to find out it is not easy...Stroscopic Flash.
Rep. frequency on 8 Hz and 4 flashes gives this sense of speed in the night.
One very critical point, I found out, is the focus. You have to estimate this and then just go ahead doing minor adjustments.
