Greetings Burak,
A beatiful capture of this charming lady & her gorgeous dress.
I do find however that the bus & its advetisement,that huge face, really distracts me from your main subject. I think if you cropped out the face on the bus,made a tighter crop it would bring the beauty of your subject to the viewers eye. I did a WS converting the bus to B&W & blurred that part slightly, to see if it would make your main subject more vibrant. Let me know what you think,please.
