I dont know what these flowers are called but in Denmark they are called "Japanese Lanterns".

Hi Michael,

Wow, what an interesting studio quality capture of the Physalis! They look so adorable!
The colors are at their best and the sharpness couldn't be better. The shallow DOF works well here. I like the dark BG which gives great contrast to these physalis colors. I like the Danish term for these flowers. Very well seen!

Nice chiaroscrurro lighting, a little overblown in some of the highlights though, difficult to get the right metering in a situation like this.

Your note doesn't say what your lighting was. If it was flash, my advice - draw it further away from the subject so that the light has more opportunity to spread out and diffuse, then your highlights will be less harsh.
