Figures in urban landscapes 6

| [Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note |
I will not deny that this is yet another photo that I posted in a different, "straighter" version on TrekEarth already. But since I started this series I have wanted to include it here as well, cropped differently and with the 12% gaussian noise of the series.
This is the Danish Parliament in Copenhagen with two typical Danish "figures" in front: the Copenhagen cyclist and the bronze statue of King Christian IV, one of our most noted kings.
Technically I cropped, clarified, saturated and resized before sharpening and adding the gaussian noise - all in PSP9. |

Excellent with the red truck! - gives a great contrast. This photo makes me want to travel abroad - There are so many different "stories" in this shot: the girl on the bike, the guy in the door way, the truck, the statue and building - well done!
I really love this scene. The splash of colour from the van, the statue and the red sentry post looks great against the grey stone of the parliment building. Great to include a cyclist, as it really shows everyday life in the city. Again, I am enjoying this series of yours. I like the architecture of the building. Looks so ornate and historic. Is this your home town?

Technically I think it is a darn pity that there is a van 'in the way' here, Per. Nothing to be done about that, you can't win 'm all... And I wouldn't mind it if the railing was torn down as well. Apart from that, it's a great scene, it's urban, it has Gaussion noise... so it's a genuine 'Hojper FIUL'. And I love this series. Keep 'm coming, Per. TFS.

I echo Dingo's view. A classic interfered by mundane! The outcome of pp is surely out of the world.
I am enjoying this series, Per. It is not an easy one to photograph to find just the right one...the statue and the girl on the bike balance this composition and there is much to look at here. TFS...:O)
