strategic place as Helsingør is located on the extreme tip of Zealand at the narrowest point of the Oresund (Danish Øresund), the sound between Denmark and Sweden
which is only four kilometres wide,
from the harbour we can easily see Helsinborg, Sweden

Kronborg acquired its current name in 1585 when it was rebuilt by King Frederick II into a magnificent renaissance castle unique in its appearance and size throughout Europe.
Kronborg is known by many also as "Elsinore," the setting for much of William Shakespeare's famous tragedy Hamlet, Prince of Denmark.

Belle composition avec ces 3 points forts le quai sombre qui compense cet énorme point rouge (le bateau) et l'édifice, le tout étant relié par l'horizontale

Hello Jo. Thanks for the time doing a ws on my post. Very well appreciated!
This is one careful composition with the red boat hitting the sweet spot. The extended pier is well drawn on the bottom left frame against this stunning architecture. I like the small ripples and the spotless sky too. Best regards. Jusni
